In making this wine we realize the full potential of this old world varietal. Fermented in mature, French oak barrels this sparkling is an intricate collection of ripe citrus, creamy caramel and a warm brioche bun with hints of anise, all well complemented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse.
Sweet Amalia is a delicate dessert wine with aromas of raw honey, orange marmalade and dates. It has a lingering, nectar-like yet crisp finish. The grapes for this wine were selected from our impeccably managed vineyard.

Areté Brut Rosé demonstrates the versatility obtainable of the Pinot Noir grown in our Estate vineyard high above the valley floor. Fermented in French oak barrels this wine has delicate aromas and flavors of wild strawberries and pomegranate all well complimented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse
The color of this wine is reminiscent of morning sunlight. The nose is greeted by aromas of cherry blossom, orange zest, coconut and wild mushroom. The wine is texturally complex, richness is balance by tightly wound acidity leading to a smooth finish. In the mouth there are flavors of fig, almond peach backed by hints of mineral and oak.

This small block of estate grown hillside Pommard clone offers a beautiful high altitude Oregon Pinot Noir. It opens with aromas of passionflower and tart cherry with delicate floral notes. The palate brings to mind chocolate covered black raspberries and rhubarb pie.
