In making this wine we realize the full potential of this old world varietal. Fermented in mature, French oak barrels this sparkling is an intricate collection of ripe citrus, creamy caramel and a warm brioche bun with hints of anise, all well complemented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse.
Smooth, rich aromas of leather and pomegranate dominate the bouquet on this Pinot Noir. The palate has notes of sweet berries, chanterelle, and hints of cranberry with a soft body and low acidity
The persistent fine bubbles of this wine sparkle like pale gold sunlight underneath substantial mousse. The aromatics bring up thoughts of freshly baked bread, pineapple, and vanilla bean that continue to pour over the palate once you take a sip. The delicate well-balanced acidity brings a brightness on your tongue that pairs nicely with the creamy and smooth tannins and brioche finish.
Our blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre leads with Grenache – making this wine fruit-forward and soft on the palate. The Syrah brings in layers of darker fruit and adds spicy notes. The Mourvèdre gives it that gorgeous color and lends some earthiness to the wine. A wonderfully well-balanced wine. GSM pairs well with many foods and would be particularly great with rosemary and sage porkchops or just a simple dish of olives and feta!

Sweet Amalia is a delicate dessert wine with aromas of raw honey, orange marmalade and dates. It has a lingering, nectar-like yet crisp finish. The grapes for this wine were selected from our impeccably managed vineyard.
Areté Blanc de Blancsis made from our Estate Chardonnay, grown and harvested specifically to create this delicate sparkling wine. Fermented in mature, French oak barrels it offers aromas and flavors of pineapple, lime and yellow grapefruit, and a crème brulée finish all well complemented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse.
The color of this wine is reminiscent of morning sunlight. The nose is greeted by aromas of cherry blossom, orange zest, coconut and wild mushroom. The wine is texturally complex, richness is balance by tightly wound acidity leading to a smooth finish. In the mouth there are flavors of fig, almond peach backed by hints of mineral and oak.
