In making this wine we realize the full potential of this old world varietal. Fermented in mature, French oak barrels this sparkling is an intricate collection of ripe citrus, creamy caramel and a warm brioche bun with hints of anise, all well complemented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse.
The persistent fine bubbles of this wine sparkle like pale gold sunlight underneath substantial mousse. The aromatics bring up thoughts of freshly baked bread, pineapple, and vanilla bean that continue to pour over the palate once you take a sip. The delicate well-balanced acidity brings a brightness on your tongue that pairs nicely with the creamy and smooth tannins and brioche finish.
Areté Blanc de Noirs truly represents the excellence of Pinot Noir as grown in our cherished Estate vineyard. In making this wine we realize the full potential of this varietal. Fermented in French oak barrels this wine offers aromas of grapefruit, fresh bread, and butterscotch with flavors of honey dew, white peach and lemon, giving it a refreshing bright acidity with a persistent mousse.
A bright golden color, this Chardonnay has aromas of pear and subtle floral blossom. Honeydew and stone fruit on the palate complement its smooth, creamy acidity.
Our blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre leads with Grenache – making this wine fruit-forward and soft on the palate. The Syrah brings in layers of darker fruit and adds spicy notes. The Mourvèdre gives it that gorgeous color and lends some earthiness to the wine. A wonderfully well-balanced wine. GSM pairs well with many foods and would be particularly great with rosemary and sage porkchops or just a simple dish of olives and feta!
The ruby red of this wine shines with earthy highlights that are accentuated with aromatics of stone fruit, vanilla, and a citrus zest. On the palate there are notes of dark berries such as cranberries, blackberries, and marionberries as well some oak and spice that come together in a medium to long finish.
This new Port style wine was barrel aged for 30 months in our cellar. This rich blend of traditional varietals evokes rum raisin ice cream and fresh figs all with a brown sugar topping. Areté Brut Rosé demonstrates the versatility obtainable of the Pinot Noir grown in our Estate vineyard high above the valley floor. Fermented in French oak barrels this wine has delicate aromas and flavors of wild strawberries and pomegranate all well complimented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse
Sweet Amalia is a delicate dessert wine with aromas of raw honey, orange marmalade and dates. It has a lingering, nectar-like yet crisp finish. The grapes for this wine were selected from our impeccably managed vineyard.
The color of this wine is reminiscent of morning sunlight. The nose is greeted by aromas of cherry blossom, orange zest, coconut and wild mushroom. The wine is texturally complex, richness is balance by tightly wound acidity leading to a smooth finish. In the mouth there are flavors of fig, almond peach backed by hints of mineral and oak.
This well-structured complex blend opens with aromas of rosehips, tamarind, and quince. In the glass, the wine expresses a bouquet of flavors including pomegranate, blackberry jam on toasted brioche and, a savory, mouth watering finish.
The dark crimson of this wine is bright against the aromatic background of nutmeg, caramelized banana, and fruit cake. The palate adds notes of cooked plum, dusty oak and dark chocolate to give this wine it’s full taste and medium finish.

This classic Pinot Gris is a brilliant platinum color with aromas of Asian pear and pineapple with a lively balanced palate of Gravenstein apple and grapefruit. The versatility of this wine allows it to pair well with white fish, scallops, and yellow curry.
