Arete Pinot Gris is the highest expression of this varietal from our impeccably managed Estate vineyard. Fermented in large 500-liter, mature, French oak puncheons. This wine has delicate aromas of peach and pear along with hints of vanilla bean and lemon creme brulee is well complemented on the palate by a bright acidity and smooth finish.
The garnet color of this wine compliments the harmonious blend of 4 distinct varietals that grace the pallet with black pepper and hints of chamomile, with dried dark cherries on the finish. This wine will pair well with a variety of dishes from grilled burgers to rib eye.
