2015 Areté Chardonnay
"This wine shines a brilliant golden. The aromatics have characters of orange blossom, toast, and roasted pineapple which would pair well with complex dishes. Characters of apple pie come through on the palate as well as cocoa butter and graham cracker and a sweet caramel apple followed by a long clean finish.

2016 Areté Chardonnay
"The dusty gold of this wine compliments the overall aromatic character of desert air. The hot dry desert aromatics are complimented by hints of ripe fig and apple. The palate is rich with some sweetness of ripe pear and baked golden apples. The wine pairs beautifully with bacon wrapped figs."

2017 Areté Chardonnay
"This wine shines a brilliant platinum. The aromatics have characters of fresh cut oak, and green apple seeds which would pair well with complex dishes. Characters of apple peel come through on the palate as well as a delicate vanilla bean, toast, and apricot followed by a long clean finish."
