Areté Brut Rosé demonstrates the versatility obtainable of the Pinot Noir grown in our Estate vineyard high above the valley floor. Fermented in French oak barrels this wine has delicate aromas and flavors of wild strawberries and pomegranate all well complimented on the palate by bright acidity and persistent mousse
The black cherry color of this wine shines with ruby highlights that accentuate the aromas of plum, black licorice, and hibiscus.
