Fermentation: All Stainless Steel
Cooperage: Stainless steel and 6 weeks in neutral oak
Final Analysis: 13.2% alcohol; 0 .5% residual sugar; TA 7.1 g/L; pH 3.46

Growing Season: The 2015 growing season at Iris Vineyards, located in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range, started three weeks early with warmer than average temperatures through bloom. Heading into summer we continued to experience warmer than normal days. Some relief from the heat arrived in September and we harvested the grapes on September 15th, these beautifully ripe Pinot Noir grapes were de-stemmed and the skins soaked with the juice for five hours before pressing, which attributed the wonderful pink hue to this wine.
